The 0FG Exhaust for the Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, and GMC Yukon/Yukon XL is a 3” T304L stainless steel catback configuration featuring a front pipe that begins directly after the factory emissions equipment, paired with a tailored mid muffler and resonator combination for a deep, rich tone. Engineered for both standard and XL wheelbase models, the 0FG delivers refined V8 tone, precision fitment, and signature 4.5” double-walled tips in chrome silver or diamond black. U.S.-sourced .065”-wall T304L stainless steel runs from front to back, CNC mandrel-bent for smooth flow and handcrafted in-house for exacting quality. The straight-through design keeps restriction low while the tailored mid muffler and resonator balance exhaust pulses for a deep, clean soundtrack with the right amount of aggression. The 0FG Exhaust is available as a split rear exit configuration with quad tips for models equipped with bumper cutouts, or a side exit configuration with dual tips for models with flat bumpers.
